ADMISSION PROCESS

ADMISSION PROCESS FOR CLASSES NURSERY TO IX

REGISTRATION

Online Registration link for Admission form is available on the school website.
Offline facility for registration is also available.

The Registration Form should be duly filled in all respects after logging onto the school website. A Registration Number will be generated after filling the form.

To get the students registered through online mode parents will have to pay the fee through payment link given in the website. Further Registration can also be done through offline mode at the school office. In both the cases duly filled hard copy of registration form is required to be submitted at the office before the process of Admission.

Parents are requested to go through the Prospectus and Admission Information Booklet available on the school website carefully before filling the Registration Form. The applications will be scrutinized and only those found complete in all respects will be selected for the observation/assessment test. Intimation of the exact date and time alongwith the Admit card willl be provided after the completion of the process of Registration. Applying for registration/admission does not imply admission; admission is subject to Observation cum-Interaction/ Assessment. It is also subject to the availability of seats.

We request you to kindly submit the Online Registration Form through desktop/laptop only.

ADMISSION PROCESS

After the Observation/Interaction/Assessment, a list of all successful candidates will be displayed on the notice board of the school as well as on the school website. The parents of the successful candidates will be required to contact the school office (9931485594, 9097780398 & 7903704439) for completion of the admission formalities by depositing the required fee and other charges along with the necessary documents.

Documents to be submitted at the time of Admission:

• School leaving/transfer certificate and previous year's Report Card.
• Medical Certificate in the given format (compulsory for residential student)
• Copy of Aadhar Card of the Candidate.
• Birth Certificate, in original, to be brought for verification only.
• Two recent small size colour photographs of the candidate alongwith the parents.
• Four recent passport size colur photographs of the candidate.

Note : Admission will be cancelled if any variance is found between the particulars filled in the Registration Form and the documents submitted for admission.

AGE CRITERIA

The eligibility criterion for various classes is based on the age of the child. For the next academic year the applicant's age as on 31st March 2023, as recorded in the birth certificate will determine the eligibility for admission to a particular class.

ADMISSION PROCESS FOR CLASS XI

REGISTRATION
Online Registration for class XI opens from 15-May-2023. The Registration form should be dully filled in all aspects after logging onto the school website in online mode and at the school office in offline mode. Parents are required to come personally to the school to submit the completed hard copy (printout) of Registration form with affixed recent passport size colour photograph of the candidate, father and mother on the Registration form, Photocopy of Admit card of class X of the candidate is required for the pourpoe of Registration.

ADMISSION CRITERIA

• Provisional Admission in Class-XI will be taken on the basis of the performance in the Aptitude Test.
• Final Admission will be confirmed only after declaration of Class X Board results subject to the performance in the Aptitude Test and fulfilling the school's criteria in the Board Result.
• Admission depends on the availability of the seats in that particular stream.

NOTE : In case of non-fulfilment of Admission criteria after declaration of the Class-X Board Results 2023 the provisional admission would stand cancelled.

• Transfer Certificate in Original
• Character Certificate in Original
• Attested Copy of Original Mark sheet (will be submitted after the declaration of Board result)
• Migration Certificate in Original (in case if the candidate is from Non-CBSE Board)
• Six Passport Size Colour Photographs of the Candidate
• Affidavit of Local Guardianship for Outstation Candidates (If Applicable)
• Copy of Aadhar Card of the Candidate
